We believe in fair prices, fast payouts, and zero guesswork. Whether you’re clearing out a closet or upgrading to your dream Leica, we’ve designed our trade-in process to be as smooth as a fresh roll of Portra. Find answers to our most common questions below.

Simply select your camera model and its condition from our dropdown menu. To ensure the final payout matches your quote, please be as honest as possible about the cosmetic and mechanical condition.
Most trades are completed in under a week. Once your camera arrives at our store, our technicians inspect it within 24–48 hours. As soon as it passes inspection, we issue your payment immediately.
We buy almost all major analogue brands, including Canon, Nikon, Leica, Olympus, Pentax, Minolta, Yashica.
You don't need to include film, but including a working battery helps us speed up the testing process! Please do ensure you remove any personal SD cards (for digital) or half-finished rolls of film before shipping.
