There are few cities in the world where daylight is as special as in Amsterdam. Here the sunlight is reflected through the canals on the façade walls, which are thereby illuminated from both above and below. The surface of the water, undulated by the wind and boats, causes the reflected light to dance, as it were, on the facades. Not every visitor notices this light, but it is this dancing light that has been captured by Cris Toala Olivares in a special and sublime way in this new collection of his photographs.
