Kodak Super 8 Vision3 500T 7219 is a high-speed motion picture film made for low light, interiors and cinematic night scenes. Built on Kodak's Vision3 technology, it offers exceptional exposure latitude and rich shadow detail, with clean highlights and a classic cinema grain.
Balanced for tungsten light (3200K), Vision3 500T excels under artificial lighting and in low ambient light. It holds detail deep into the shadows, giving you room to work in high-contrast scenes.
For daylight shooting, use your camera's built-in 85 filter (set the filter switch to daylight) for natural color. Many Super 8 cameras meter this film at 160, which slightly overexposes it; thanks to its wide latitude, the results still look great.
As a negative film, 500T is developed and scanned rather than projected. The standard Super 8 cartridge loads in seconds.
