The Canon P, P for populair was launched as an affordable SLR in 1959.
It uses the Leica M39 screw mount. It's a very early stage SLR with a lot of great features nostalgia at its best. It was designed as a more affordable alternative to the high-end Leica M series, offering similar features and build quality at a lower price point. The Canon P is known for its clean and minimalist design.
